| Crediting | It is required to credit my Carrd link whenever you use or display my work. This helps support me and ensures proper recognition for my creations. Please include a clear link to my Carrd in your descriptions or posts when showcasing my work publicly. https://gabceee.carrd.co/ |
| Payment | All payments are via PayPal/Ko-Fi. |
| Ownership | I retain full rights to my commissions. Meaning I can use it for my portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes. |
| Usage Rights | Commissions are for personal use only unless discussed otherwise. |
| Commercial | If you intend to use the commissioned work for commercial purposes (such as merchandise, promotional materials), you must discuss this with me beforehand. |
| Communication | I will only communicate via Discord & Instagram. Please be respectful and patient during the commission process. |
| Sharing | Sharing purchased items with others who have not made the purchase is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will lead to consequences. |
| Deadlines | The estimated completion time will be discussed before payment. If you need a rushed commission, extra fees may apply. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but I will notify you if this happens. |
| Refund | Refunds are not available once the commission is completed. |
| Unfinished | You will receive a full refund if I am unable to complete your commission. |
| Profit | I will NOT profit from your commission unless you violate these Terms & Conditions. |
| Reselling | You may NOT resell, redistribute, or claim my work as your own under any circumstances. |
| Alterations | Alterations are allowed but crediting is still required. |
| Refusal | I reserve the right to decline any commission that I feel is not suitable for me to complete, for any reason, without the need for further explanation. |
